We assess the piece first and use the approach that makes sense for the materials and condition.

Jewellery Cleaning Can Reveal More Than Dirt

Cleaning a ring or necklace is also a good opportunity to check for problems that are easy to miss at home.

Loose stones, worn claws, weakened chain links, damaged clasps, and thinning metal can develop gradually. Catching those issues early can often prevent the loss of a stone or a more significant repair later.

Yes. If we find worn settings, broken clasps, damaged chain links, or another issue during inspection, we can discuss repair options with you.

We will not add repair work without explaining what is needed and providing pricing first.
